Living Room Decoration
The brief
A dark, north-facing living room felt small and gloomy, and the old paint had yellowed around the windows. The family wanted warmth and light without going stark white.
What we did
We patched hairline cracks, sanded the trim back to smooth wood and tested three warm neutrals on the walls. Two coats of washable eggshell went on, with bright satin on the trim and doors.
The result
The room reads a full shade lighter through the day and the trim lines look crisp again. Scuffs from kids and pets now wipe off with a damp cloth.

Office Building Exterior Refresh
The brief
A small office building had peeling paint on the street facade and a tired entrance that tenants noticed first. The work had to happen without closing the business.
What we did
We scraped and primed the failing areas, sealed gaps at windows and cornices, then applied two coats of fade-resistant exterior paint. Loud work was scheduled early mornings and weekends.
The result
The facade looks freshly built from the sidewalk, and the entrance now matches the company colors. Tenants stayed open every day of the job.

The brief
A bedroom with bold, uneven feature walls made the space feel restless at night. The owner asked for one calm color throughout with a soft, low-sheen finish.
What we did
We skimmed the rough patches, spot-primed the strong old colors so they could not bleed through, and rolled two even coats of a restful neutral. The ceiling got a fresh flat white.
The result
The walls read as one smooth color in both daylight and lamplight. The room feels quieter, larger and ready for simple bedding and art.
